Living Learning Communities
Strengthen belonging with LLCs
A campus housing option that groups students based on shared interests, themes, backgrounds, or fields of study, Living Learning Communities (LLCs) connect students’ experiences and optimize their engagement within the residence.
A clear impact on student success
Students in living-learning communities were more likely than others living on campus to return to school the following year, according to a 2021 report by the Association of College and University Housing Officers—International. Findings also show students who participated in LLCs were more engaged in effective educational practices, such as meeting with faculty, utilizing academic support services, and studying or working on projects with other students.
Honors House is a place where students get to express themselves beyond their excellence in academics and become a part of a family. We get to surround ourselves with other ambitious students with the ability to have our own place to create memories with the best college experience possible.
